When you enter your birthdate, track your daily "Count Up" streaks, log intentional days, or set a focus intention, all of this information is saved entirely and securely within your device's local browser storage. We have no backend databases logging your habits or personal timelines.

If you choose to use our social sharing features, the image is generated directly on your device. We use basic, anonymized web analytics simply to see how many people from around the world are visiting our site, but your specific data and results are known only to you.
